Giant container ship crosses Suez Canal

Panamanian container ship (Oliver) transited the Suez Canal Monday loaded with 19,244 containers as part of the south-bound convoy coming from Spain en route to Singapore. 
An official maritime source in the Suez Canal Authority told MENA that the vessel is carrying 196,000 tons.
The ship was built in March, 2015, the source noted, adding that its cost reached $ 140 million.
