Gaza City\'s municipal council asked residents on Sunday to move their water tanks to ground level as the electricity crisis hampered pumping water any higher. Electricity interruptions as Gaza\'s sole power plant runs out of fuel have stopped the pumping of water above the ground floor, the municipality said. It called on residents to use water economically.
