Germany's principal railway company says it has applied for a court injunction to force a labour union to halt a strike that has shut down most of the country's train system, dpa reported.
Deutsche Bahn said it filed suit with a labour tribunal in the central city of Frankfurt to stop the four-day engine drivers' drivers strike by the GDL union, which began early Thursday.
