Prosecutors said Friday that they have sought arrest warrants against two heads of local suppliers for their alleged corruption linked to a faulty Navy ship that failed to participate in the national rescue operation for April's ferry disaster.
The company heads are suspected of giving bribes to a retired military official in exchange for business favors while participating in the military procurement project for the country's first domestically built salvage ship Tongyeong.
