A Palestinian youth set himself on fire outside the Finance Ministry in Ramallah on Sunday, according to Palestinian security sources. Wasim Khalil Maroouf, 21, was critically wounded after lighting himself on fire, the sources said. The young man had failed to get his financial rights, the sources added.
