The Qaluyb Prosecution issued an arrest warrant for the owner of a thermal insulators factory in Banha's district of Meit Nama, which caught fire and burned for 10 hours.
The prosecution assigned Qalyubia Governor Mohamed Abdel Zaher to form a technical panel of experts to inspect the adjacent buildings of the factory.
Preliminary investigations showed that a short circuit caused the fire, and the raw materials in the factory fed the spread of the flames.
