Almost 75 million young people - aged 15 to 24 - are unemployed globally, the U.N. labor agency (ILO) said in a periodic update issued Tuesday. The agency said G20 countries will need to create 21 million jobs in 2012 to return to pre-crisis levels. It said that the crisis in Europe is having an impact globally and is affecting East Asia, Latin America, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
