Seoul - Yonhap
South Korea's financial watchdog plans to lodge a complaint with the prosecution against the head of KB Financial Group Inc. next week, citing his management failures, officials said Saturday.
The Financial Services Commission (FSC) on Friday suspended Lim Young-rok, the chairman of KB Financial Group, for management lapse, saying that his failure to properly handle internal affairs over the group's selection of a new computer system constitutes an act of negligence.
