Celine Dion has responded to Kate Winslet, who admitted she does a “massive internal eye roll” whenever she hears the Titanic theme song My Heart Will Go On. “The song gave me the opportunity to be associated with a classic that will live forever,” Dion told the Today show. “If she feels tired just hearing it, and, like, throwing up, I’m glad she was not the one singing it.” During the 3D release of Titanic in March, Winslet told reporters the ballad still “haunts” her. “It makes me feel like throwing up,” she said. Platters founder Herb Reed dies at 83 Herb Reed, the last surviving original member of the 1950s vocal group The Platters, died on Monday in Boston after a period of declining health. He was 83. Reed founded The Platters in Los Angeles in 1953. He sang bass on the group’s hits, including Only You, The Great Pretender and Smoke Gets in Your Eyes. Reed was the group’s only member to appear on all of their nearly 400 recordings. He continued touring, performing up to 200 shows a year, until last year. * AP Debra Messing files for divorce Debra Messing has filed for divorce from her writer-producer husband Daniel Zelman. The former Will & Grace star filed her petition in Los Angeles on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences. The coupled married in 2000. Please don’t worry,” she told CNN on Tuesday. The 50-year-old singer told an audience about her condition at a recent concert. Jackson, 14, will be featured on Oprah’s Next Chapter, discussing how she is faring three years after the death of her pop star father. “It never gets easier,” Jackson says in a promotional spot broadcast by Winfrey’s OWN network, which also shows the host asking if her father wanted her to have “a normal life”.
