It's been 10 years since Jennifer Aniston introduced "The Rachel" on the set of her NBC sit-com Friends, but the 45-year-old actress is still reaping the benefits of the amazing hairstyle. "It's funny and entertaining in a way and it's of course very flattering to say the least," Aniston told ABC News of her mane's fame. "But I always have such a chuckle when I hear people saying I have great hair because as a kid it was always a challenge." The We're The Millers actress -- who co-owns her very own hair care brand, Living Proof -- shared her "low-maintenance approach" to hair care during the interview. "I don't get a lot of product build-up with Living Proof and my hair doesn't get dirty straight away," she said after disclosing she tries to wash her hair every other day or every three days. "I wash my hair with No Frizz Shampoo and Conditioner. And with PHD Styling Treatment I can air-dry and style my hair in 10 minutes, when it used to take 25 minutes," she added. Asked about "The Rachel," Aniston said the cut had been "one of the hardest hairstyles to maintain." "Me and the blow dryer and the hairbrush weren't meant for each other," she admitted. "It really was a 'hairdo'. When Chris would style it my hair would be great, it would look gorgeous. But then when I was left to my own devices, it wouldn't look the same!" Aniston -- who currently sports brunette tresses for her upcoming role as a Claire Simmons in Cake -- said it was "fun" to be back to her "naturally dark" hair color, but that she'll eventually return to blonde.
