Egyptian actress Ola Ghanem is facing harsh criticism from TV critics and viewers because of some provocative scenes in Ramadan serials. After she was under attack last year because of wearing a swimsuit in the Ramadan TV serial “Shame,” she was under attack again this Ramadan because of exposure in the serial “Abdul Aziz Street.” In one of the episodes, she appeared with actor Amro Saad in bed. Critics said that Ghanem’s acting was not suitable for viewing by Arab families during Ramadan. Ghanem, however, has denied the allegations, saying that she did not do anything wrong and did not see any objectionable in her work for which, she claimed, she received a lot of compliments. In a related subject, the actress said that she did not care about the blacklist stating that she did not go to Tahrir Square. She said she was with the revolution and also free to express her opinion. She urged people to be patient and allow a new government to be formed.
