Two blasts hit the vicinity of the the Iraqi Finance Ministry, northeast of Baghdad, a local security source told MENA on Sunday.
The source added that an explosive device went off near the Ministry's HQ, followed by another explosion in the same districts.
Some people were injured, the source added.
