28 gunmen turned themselves in and handed over their weapons to authorities in the neighborhoods of Jeb al-Jandali and al-Qarabis in the Central province of Homs Wednesday. A total of 185 gunmen turned themselves in in various areas in the city and countryside of Homs on Tuesday, the State News Agency reported.
