31 killed in clashes, shelling across Syria

The Syrian local coordination committees said the death toll of Tuesday's shelling and clashes nationwide reached 31.

The committees said six children and five women are among the deaths, the American news channel Alhurra reported on Wednesday.

Russia shelled parts of Rif Homs and Rif Idlib.

Meanwhile, Syrian activists said the Syrian Democratic Forces took over several villages in western Rif Raqqa after clashes with Daesh militants.
