At least 56 people were killed and injured on Friday as a result of clashes in several areas in Syria, said the Local Coordination Committees in Syria. 

At least 13 children and nine women were killed, added the (LCC) on Saturday. 

More than 310,000 people have been killed in Syria and millions have been displaced since the uprising broke out nearly six years ago.
