The Syrian army repelled a fierce attack launched by al Nusra Front militants in Hama southeastern countryside, Syrian military media network reported on Tuesday.
Thegovernmental forces managed to retake all the sites they lost in the area, the network was quoted by Russia Today channel as saying.
While the Nusra attack claimed the lives of many Syrian soldiers, the confrontations inflicted heavy losses on the terrorist group and its equipment.
