Chadian authorities have decided to close the Qatari embassy in Ndjamena, offering its diplomats and officials ten days grace to finally leave the country, accusing Doha to have worked to destabilize the central African country through operations originating from Libya.
A statement by the Chadian foreign ministry said that, due to continuous involvement of the State of Qatar in attempts, originating from Libya, Chad's northern neighboring country, to destabilize Chad, the Chadian authorities have decided to close the Qatari embassy in the capital Ndjamena of Chad, giving its diplomats and officials a ten-day grace period to leave the country. according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Chad has summoned its ambassador to Doha last June, SPA reported.
