More than Twenty Houthi militants were killed in sniping operations carried out by unidentified assailants in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa in 24 hours, Sky News channel reported Wednesday.
Clashes erupted earlier in the day between Houthi militias and local residents in Heda Street of Sanaa, near the house of Maj. General Mahdi Maqoula, a military supporter of late Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh, the news channel added.
