The Egyptian prime minster Sharif Ismail opened the 44th session of Arab Labor Conference in Cairo, confirming the permanent development in Egypt ,currently through the new carefully prepared labor law or through developing the training system on all levels . Ismail said that Egypt is capable of carrying out giant development projects ,referring to the need to work on preparing qualified human resources with technology and information expertise, enhancing educational curriculums, reinforcing creativity and supporting researches. He also confirmed that all Arab Countries are unified by history and civilization ,so a development strategy must be applied to fight challenges young Arabs face. This strategy will also give them a bigger role to be more efficient in the development process ,along with supporting small and medium budget projects. Director General of Arab Labor Organization, Fayez Al-Mutairi received National Professional Classification Guide for 2017. It consists of 2 parts ,each part contains 10 sections. The first part is a general explanation of each professional group, the second part is a detailed explanation for the rights and duties of every occupation. Secretary-General of Arab States’ League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit said that the current events in Arab countries force great pressure and the big challenge is to face all these events, adding that overpopulation is one of the challenges which requires huge number of job opportunities to meet the need of young people. He added that the unemployment rate in the Arab World exceeded 29% which needs providing 60 millions job by next year to fill in the gab between educational information and the actual labor market requirements. He demanded a revolution in education to create a creative generation with team work abilities ,which will help to reduce the unemployment rate .adding that the priority must be given to joint Arab projects and supporting private sector . Minister of Manpower, Mohamed Saffan said that the National Professional Classification Guide for 2017 added 2523 new occupations ,making a total number of 5923 occupations, adding that the guide helps gathering, classifying and publishing all statistical data in a unified manner . Arab Labor Organization launched an Arab network for labor markets’ information to link all Arab data in on system ,to reduce the digital gab in the Arab world and the unemployment rate. Fayez Al-Mutairi ,the general director of the organization is looking forward to see all Arab countries supporting this network to develop Arab labor future .
