Board of the general free investment zone in Ismailia has approved four new industrial projects to be established at a cost of $3 million, Ismailia Governor Yassin Taher said in a statement Monday.
The governor added that the projects would provide 600 job opportunities.
A total of 778,705 square meters have been allocated for the projects, Taher said.
Some allocation decisions have been cancelled as the projects failed to show seriousness, while some other projects were given a one-month deadline to adjust their conditions, he added.
