Egyptian Ambassador in Rwanda Nomira Negm held a meeting with a delegation representing Egyptian investors working in the field of producing cheese.
The get-together took up aspects of Egyptian investments in the African country.
During its visit to Kigali, the delegation of Egyptian businessmen met with Rwandan minister of trade and industry as well as officials representing two Rwandan firms for dairy products and juices to probe partnership, according to a statement issued by the Egyptian Embassy on Wednesday.
The delegation demanded Negm to allow them to get acquainted with the Rwandan market as well as the Egyptian-Rwandan cooperation.
The diplomat affirmed that Rwanda is a stable country, adding that it is luring to investments in light of the transparent policies adopted by the Rwandan government to combat corruption; the matter which attracts investors to do business in the African country.
