Remittances of Egyptians working in Amman reached dlrs 85 million during June, according to the Manpower Ministry Workers Representation Office.
This came in a report sent to Manpower Minister Mohammad Saafan from Manpower Counselor Ashraf el Hariri.
The report said Jordan has provided as many as 6,463 job opportunities to Egyptian workers, noting that several work complaints are being discussed between the Egyptian and Jordanian embassies and manpower ministries in both countries.
