The Israeli police banned under-50 Palestinian worshipers from entering Al Aqsa Mosque to perform Friday prayers, amid intensive security measures at the mosque's entrances.
Entering Al Aqsa Mosque was allowed for women, children and the elderly through three gates only.
Local sources told MENA that Al Aqsa Mosque is surrounded by barriers installed by Israeli forces in order to prevent those under the age of 50 from entering.
