The Israeli occupation forces removed at dawn Thursday the metal detectors, cameras, and barricades it had set up at Bab al Asbat entrance of Al Aqsa mosque.
Palestinian sources said that a committee affiliated to the Islamic Waqf department will visit Bab al Asbat gate to examine the gravity of the damage caused by the digging of occupation forces.
Mufti of Al Quds Sheikh Mohammed Hussein affirmed that access to Al Aqsa mosque will not be allowed until all gates are reopened and the Israeli measures are rescinded.
Meanwhile, Israeli media reported that Al Quds will witness an increase in the number of the occupation police forces until a $28-million smart surveillance system is installed.
