The Yemeni national army said its forces have intercepted a ballistic rocket launched by militias loyal to Houthis and former president Ali Abdullah Saleh into Mocha city in western Taiz, Al Arabiya news channel reported Saturday.
According to a statement released by the army, the rocket was fired from al Khokha area in Hodeidah.
The rocket landed in an uninhabited area, and thus no one was injured, read the statement.
