The Royal Saudi Air Force (Saudi Falcons) have participated in the air show organized by the Pakistan Air Force, to mark the 70th anniversary of Pakistan's Independence Day.
The Saudi Falcons conducted many collective as well as individual formations, that decorated the skies of Islamabad, in the air show attended by President Mamnoon Hussain of Pakistan and the Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki, a number of senior Pakistani, civilian and military officials and heads of the diplomatic corps, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
President Hussain expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Saudi Falcons team, for the participation in the air show. He expressed admiration of the aerobatics made by the team and its high efficiency, readiness and brilliance.
The Pakistani president presented a commemorative shield to the Saudi Falcons led by Commander of the Squadron Lt.-Col. Musa bin Yahya Al-Fefi, which was received by the Saudi Ambassador, SPA reported.
