Moroccan singer Saad Lamjarred expressed his keenness to exercise the religious rituals during the current Islamic holy month of fasting of Ramadan, stressing his confidence that he will prove his innocence of the accusation of raping a French girl in the near future.
He denied his knowledge of the lawsuit against French girl Laura Briol who accused him of raping her, as her car was confiscated by the French police after the arrest of a French young man inside it with a large amounts of illegal drugs.
He added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that he does not follow her news, does not care to do so, while he focuses currently on prove his innocence in cooperation with his lawyers he stressed that he has the opportunity to overcome the current crisis and to return to his country.
The Moroccan singer refused to give details about the case, saying that he prepares currently for the future, saying that the senior artists around the world faced similar positions in the beginning of their lives.
