Prime Minister Sherif Ismail held a meeting on Sunday to discuss the final draft of the proposed draft law on the comprehensive health insurance system.
This comes as part of efforts exerted by the government to improve the standard of living of citizens and provide distinguished health services through establishing an effective mechanism to monitor the quality of such services.
During the meeting, attended by the ministers of health and finance, Ismail reviewed a report on all measures and steps taken to prepare the final draft of the comprehensive health insurance bill.
Also, the premier and the two ministers have touched on a number of remarks related to actuarial studies, as well as a host of proposals for enacting the law.
Furthermore, Ismail called on the ministries of health and finance to complete all legal procedures to issue the law as soon as possible.
