Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on Friday held a meeting with Nepalese Foreign Minister Krishna Bahadur Mahara on the sidelines of the 72nd edition of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
In statements, Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid said that the two sides discussed means to boost ties in all domains and coordinate efforts at international gatherings.
Shoukry also hoped Nepal will back the nomination of Egypt's candidate Mosheria Khattab for the post of UNESCO Director-General.
