Petroleum Minister Tareq Mulla and Saudi Energy Minister Khalid bin Abd al Aziz al Falih reviewed means of enhancing bilateral cooperation.
The meeting took place on the fringe of the 14th Arab International Mineral Resource Conference which opened on Tuesday in Jeddah.
In statements on Tuesday, Mulla said Egypt would invite Saudi companies to visit and invest in Egypt, especially in the mining domain.
The Saudi minister lauded the special relations binding the two Arab states.
Mulla added that Egypt would host the 15th Arab International Mineral Resource Conference.
