South Korean President Park Geun-hye met here on Wednesday with South Korea-US. Combined Forces Command (CFC) chief Gen. Vincent Brooks.
During the meeting, they bilateral relations and stressed the importance of the bilateral alliance in maintaining peace on the Korean Peninsula, Yonhap news agency reported.
Park also pointed to North Korea's evolving nuclear and missile threats and repeated tests of a submarine-launched ballistic missile as a security challenge not only to Northeast Asia but also to the entire world.
