President Abdel Fattah El Sisi left Cairo for Tanzania Monday morning at the start of a four-day African tour taking him also to Rwanda, Gabon and Chad.
The tour is part of Egypt's keenness on openness to Africa to promote ties with it in difference domains, especially at the economic levels.
President Sisi is expected to hold sessions of talks with the leaders of the four African countries to boost bilateral relations and confront the challenges the continent is facing.
He will also discuss with them regional issues of mutual concern including security and peace in the African continent, talking into consideration Egypt's current membership at the UN Security Council and Africa's Peace and Security Council
