Prime Minister Sherif Ismail on Wednesday appointed Mohsen Adel Helmy as Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Under the decision, Helmy will serve as vice-chairman for four years to succeed Wagih Mostafa whose mandate ended on June 30.
Helmy graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Helwan University in 1999 and studied financial analysis at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science in 2001.
He is member of the Egyptian Investment Management Association (EIMA) and the Arab Union for Financial Analysts.
Also, he has been working as a financial advisor at the Arab Association for Technical Analysts.
