At least four people were killed and 13 others injured on Tuesday when a four-storey building collapsed in Sohag, Upper Egypt, the Ministry of Health said.
As many as 14 ambulances were deployed to scene following the incident, Head of Ambulance Authority Ahmed el Ansary said.
Both of the injured and deceased were moved to Sohag University hospital, Spokesman for the Ministry of Health Khaled Mogahed said.
Sohag hospitals are at the highest level of preparedness after the incident, Mogahed asserted, adding that all the injured are receiving the essential medical care.
