Seven Houthis and pro-Saleh militias were killed in an airstrike by Saudi Arabia-led Arab coalition over western Taiz governorate, Yemeni sources said Thursday.
The sources said the coalition forces launched five airstrikes against Houthis in western Maqbinah district, according to Sky News.
A Yemeni military source has earlier said that the national army defeated an attack by Houthis and Saleh militias on Khalid Ibn Al Walid camp at Al Mukha district.
The Yemeni army supported by coalition forces incurred heavy losses on rebels in the attack, added the source.
