Cypriot Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulidis said that the upcoming Egyptian-Greek-Cypriot summit will be held in November in Nicosia.
In an interview to be published in Al Ahram Al Arabi on Saturday, Kasoulidis said the meeting is expected to disuses means of fostering trilateral relations in political, economic and security fields.
He added that the summit is considered the fifth in row for activating cooperation programs in the fields of military, security and information exchange.
The Cypriot top diplomat hailed Egypt’s support to his country especially in the Cyprus dispute in which Egypt asserted that Turkey shoulders the responsibility of the failure of Geneva negotiations concerning the Cyprus conflict.
Kasoulidis said his country understands Egypt’s stance concerning the regional issues including the crises in Yemen, Syria, Libya and Palestine. 
He also asserted his country’s support to Egypt in its war against terrorism and terrorist groups. 
The minister also said that Egypt and Cyprus are cooperating in transportation sector, adding that a Cypriot company is interested in investing in Suez Canal while others are already working in fish farming projects in Suez Canal and Alexandria.
Meanwhile, the minister said that the three countries are considering building two gas pipelines; the first one starts from Cyprus and ends in Egypt while the second one starts from Egypt and passes by Cyprus, Greece, Italy and then distributed to all European countries.
