A German army helicopter has crashed in Mali on a UN mission, German media reported.
Nothing is yet known about the two German nationals who were piloting the aircraft when it went down, Deutsche Welle said.
At the time of the crash, the helicopter was monitoring "confrontations."
The spokesperson for the United Nations (UN) peacekeeping mission in Mali (MINUSMA) said Wednesday that the reason for the helicopter crash also remained unknown.
