The Jordanian Security Court (SSC) on Monday issued verdicts in cases against 21 defendants, convicting them of attempting to join Daesh terrorist group, Petra news agency reported Monday.
The sentences ranged between 3-15 year years with hard labor.
The SSC, in a public hearing, sentenced nine defendants accused of promoting the ideology of Daesh to three-year hard-labor prison terms, in addition to six defendants who received four-year imprisonment with hard labor.
