The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preparing to receive the largest number of pilgrims ever during this years Haj season after the issuance of the Royal Decree to increase the number of pilgrims with the completion of the expansion of the Two Holy Mosques, which means the addition of 800,000 pilgrims for this season, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.


Accordingly, the Ministry of Haj and Umrah has completed all its preparations and increased the efficiency of its sectors through diligent work and cooperation with its partners in the Haj and Umrah system in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to provide the best services to pilgrims.

The Ministry's media centre monitored, in a report, the stages of development of services and the employment of modern techniques and utilization of the latest technologies as well as raising the efficiency of employees in the service of pilgrims.
