Cairo police have arrested two persons implicated in an armed robbery of an exchange company affiliated with Banque Misr.
Two unidentified persons had attacked the exchange company and stolen some 22,000 dollars, 440 Swiss francs, 33,613 Saudi riyals, 16,000 UAE dirhams, 800 British pounds sterling, 3,150 euros and 306,000 Egyptian pounds at gunpoint.
Police were able to identify and arrest the robbers after examining the content of installed surveillance cameras, and returned the stolen money.
The arrestees, identified as Bishoy R. F., 21, and 24-year-old Saeid A. M., admitted to having committed the crime.
