The Palestinian Foreign Ministry strongly condemned on Thursday Israeli attempts to silence UN officials, saying this fierce offensive against UN officials will not change the fact that Israel is occupying the land of another country.
In a statement, the ministry slams Israeli attempts to omit the word of Israeli occupation from UN dictionary and intimidate whoever dares to criticize its violations of the international law.
On Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called for dismantling the UNESCO that aids millions of Palestinian refugees, accusing it of anti-Israeli incitement.
Some Israeli ministers also lashed out at some UN organizations, accusing them of being biased against Israel and calling for banning them from entering Israel and the Palestinian territories.
