Sultan of Oman Qaboos bin Said

Sultan of Oman Qaboos bin Said sent on Saturday a cable to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi in which he offered condolences over the victims of a crash of two trains in Alexandria.
The Friday collision left at least 42 people and 133 others injured.
