Egyptian Basketball player Modi Al-Jarhy of Egyptian team of Al Ahly expressed his pleasure for renewing his contract with the Egyptian team for four years, saying that he aspires to continue with the team during the coming period until retirement.

He added, in a statement to “Arabs Today”, that he decided not to announce the details of the new contract he signed with the Egyptian team, saying that it is important to choose the right time to take announce the details of contract with the team.

He denied what was published over differences with the Egyptian team over financial issues, saying that his relations with the club are greater than any such differences. He expressed his pride of the confidence of the coaching staff, saying that such confidence is considered a major responsibility.

He stressed that he will exert his efforts during the coming period to meet the expectations of his fans in all over the Arab work and to keep the confidence of the coaching staff. He called the fans of the team to support the team and to push the players forward to win the coming tournaments.
