Coach of Egypt’s Ahly football team Hossam Al Badry
Cairo – Khalid Al Etribi

Coach of Egypt’s Ahly football team Hossam Al Badry expressed his appreciation to Egyptian footballer Hossam Ghaly, saying that his transfer to Saudi football team of Al Nasr is a big loss for his team. He added that Ghaly enjoys love and respect of the players, coaching staff and the fans.

He added that the coaching staff was insisting on keeping the player with the team during the current period, saying that he demanded the player to delay the discussion of the Saudi offer before the semi-final. He stressed that the player was performing well with the team and performed one of his best seasons with the team this year.

He said that the players performed well during the latest match against Smouha, saying that they exert their efforts during the current period to win the coming match. He stressed that they aspire to win the Egyptian Cup to meet the expectations of their fans in all over the Arab world.

He added that the team participated in Arab Championship to keep the image of Egypt, saying that it was not logic for the team not to participate in the championship organized in the country during the current critical period. He added that the coaching staff decided to give a break for a number of players during the championship, saying that it was the sole opportunity for him to give a break to the players.

He added that the team faced a bad refereeing during the championship, saying that he exerts his efforts currently to win the final of the Egyptian Cup on Tuesday during the match against Al Masry.
