Four flights of private airlines were cancelled on Friday at Cairo International Airport for being not economically viable.
Authorities at the airport were notified by Air Cairo and AlMasria Universal Airlines companies about the cancellation of taking off flights number 441 to Yanbu, 475 to Jeddah, 104 to Ta'if and 484 to al Qassim due to the lack of cost effectiveness, aviation sources at the airport said.
The authorities have arranged the travel of the passengers on other flights, the sources added.
