An Athens-bound flight took off Friday from Cairo airport following an empty threat.
An official source with EgyptAir said the airport staff, while carrying out regular sterilization, found an unclear message above one of the seats of EgyptAir flight MS747 heading for Greece.
As a precaution, the staffers examined the plane and made sure that there was no threat on board, the source added.
