EgyptAir announced on Tuesday that it will operate charter flights to carry pilgrims from Mali and Palestine to Saudi Arabia at the onset of Hajj season.
In a statement released on Tuesday, EgyptAir said 15 special flights will be operated twice daily to carry as many as 4,000 pilgrims from Mali to al Madina al Mounawara as of August 3.
Meanwhile, up to 11 flights will be allocated to fly as many as 3,000 Palestinian pilgrims as of August 15 and until August 18.
EgyptAir said preparations have been finalized to launch the hajj season flights as of August 9.
