Slight drop in temperatures, scattered showers in southern parts

A slight drop in temperatures is expected, on Friday, with a chance of light showers in the southern parts, namely, the port city of Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
Winds will be south-westerly moderate picking up at times, the JMD added.
Temperatures in the capital Amman will reach a high of 19 degrees Celsius during daytime, dropping to 9 degrees at night, the JMD said.
