Amsterdam\'s Schiphol Airport received a record number of 51 million passengers in the year of 2012, up 2.6 percent from a year earlier, and saw its revenue rise by 5.8 percent to 1.4 billion euros (about 1.86 billion U.S. dollars), the airport announced on Friday.
