Egypt's Planning Minister Hala el Saeed on Wednesday said an efficient administrative reform is a must to render economic reform efforts sustainable.

The state has implemented a part of the legislative reform which is the civil service law and the institutional reform would follow, el Saeed, now on a visit to Paris, told MENA.

The main goal of reforms is to offer better services for citizens, she added.
